Our DVD tutorials are designed to be very easy to use but sometimes there can be problems with
getting them to run on your computer. This is usually because of a computer set-up issue.

There are some older stock DVDs that are still circulating that will not work on the new Apple Snow
Leopard or Windows 7 operating systems. If you have purchased one that does not work please email support@talentedpixie.co.uk with details of where you purchased it and when.

Below are the guidelines for your computer set-up and also some FAQs and their solutions. Should you
not find what you need then please email support@talentedpixie.co.uk and we will get back to you as
soon as we can.

Please be aware these tutorials are designed to run directly off the DVD and will not work if you copy
them, therefore you must always have the DVD inserted.

* Always install the latest updates for Windows or Mac.

• Your monitor resolution may need to be changed to run correctly.
Suggested size 1280 x 960 HZ with millions/highest colours selected.
Should the control palette flicker then change to another resolution to
solve the problem.

• To speed things up always close down one tutorial before opening another.
